Caro rosecliff

Founder + CEO

Caro leads Cliff Climate, advising hotel brands, owners, and investors on regenerative hospitality that inspires systemic change and wellbeing. She’s built strategies touching 50,000+ hotels and resorts globally and led design-through-implementation—from new brand creation to science-based frameworks. From thought leadership to strategy, task-force rollouts, training, and implementation, Caro takes a hospitality-first approach that aligns regeneration with the core pillars of service and quality. She sits on AHLA’s Sustainability Executive Committee, chairs AHLA’s Responsible Sourcing Committee and the IHG Owners Association Sustainability Committee, and works with clients ranging from Fortune 500 hotel companies and private equity platforms to global nonprofits. Previously, she led Hersha Hotels & Resorts’ EarthView® program, proving that lower-carbon operations can drive stronger performance. Caro lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her wife; outside of Cliff Climate, she leads regenerative wellness retreats and teaches yoga and meditation.
